The circumstances in which I met Michelle and Marty was not like most inquiries I get, their original photographer had some medical issues arise which left them without anyone to capture their forever day. When I saw Michelle’s plea for help on a local buy and sell, I reached out immediately. The out poor of people jumping to help was touching. I knew no matter who they ended up choosing that they would have beautiful memories to look back on forever.
At first Michelle and Marty seemed like an average couple but I when I met them, I knew there was something special about them. The love between them stood out to me immediately. Michelle is quite and reserved upon first meeting, and well Marty, I could tell right away that his sense of humour and loud personality would have me laughing most of the day. (I was not disappointed!) Although the differences between them, Michelle excepts all Marty’s quirks, shaking her head in laughter as he let’s himself shine. They balance each other. Their love is the kind of love you dream about, the kind of love that you know they will grow old together.
Michelle and Marty’s forever day stared out with sunshine, the forecast of rain looming over the day.
They shared their I do’s in front of loving family and friends at the Holiday Inn Sudbury, Ontario. Eventually the rain won but this didn’t put a damped on Michelle and Marty’s picture day. We ventured out into the light misty rain and captured some beautiful memories. As the evening set in, tears were shed and laughter was shared. I couldn’t have imagined a better day for this special couple!
